Yun Chen (b. 2003) is a Chinese-Canadian artist. In her works, subjects resists full expression. Her practice navigates the narrow threshold between conscious and unconscious perception, embedding just enough information to invite active cognitive participation. By doing so she seeks to invite the construction of a co-created territory—one that can be inhabited by non-dominant forms of perception.
